Design

Whether building new or renovating, we translate your vision into construction documents you will need. These documents include home design, construction blueprints, engineering notes, and 3D models. You get peace of mind knowing that contractors and builders have detailed, easy to understand documents to work from. And they get on-going support should any questions arise!

Fresh Air

As we design more resilient and energy efficient homes, the envelope becomes more airtight. Thus, it is important to have a well designed HVAC system that will keep fresh air and humidity and appropriate levels while maintaining energy efficiency. Our designs include a detailed mechanical system assessment and recommendations report for efficiency, air quality, and Radon mitigation.

Our consultation process starts with a lot of questions designed to make sure we get things right from the start! We'll cover everything from land/lot considerations to your ideal lifestyle, family, budget, and interest in alternative/sustainable options. In our view, this is the most critical (and often overlooked) stage in the whole process.

Building your Team

Our integrated consultation process means having the right people at the table from as early as possible.  We put your unique needs front and centre by helping build a great team that will address your priorities.

Preliminary Drawings

We head to our drawing board and turn your idea into several design options. We'll share them with you, get your feedback, and continue to refine.

Final Construction Documents

Your final construction documents come stamped with engineering approvals and include detailed building instructions along with any additional drawings and 3D models that will help turn your vision into reality.
